Jokes from the Dark Side

The infamous Joker painting. This was stolen off the wall of my high school during an art honors exhibition at the end of my senior year in early June. It was recovered by the local police a few weeks later and I didn't see it again until about 2 weeks ago. The freshman who stole it confessed right away that he'd taken it and given it to a friend. The friend also freely gave it up when confronted. The police, however, kept it in evidence for almost 7 months under the item title "Jokes from the Dark Side" instead of what I had told them was the "Joker from the Dark Knight;" hence the deviation title
